THE ROLE

As IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for offering first-line IT support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving networking issues, and managing Azure-based systems and services.

YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY

• Providing internal IT support to all staff members.

• Providing application and configuration support for MS Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide insights into key performance metrics and business trends.

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.

• Collaborating with the People team and suppliers to provide hardware and software promptly.

• Ensuring the protection and accountability of IT assets.

• Providing regular updates on IT support activities and projects.

• Assisting the IT and Applications Manager in achieving ISO 27001 certification by implementing and maintaining security controls and policies.

• Building documentation and training guides to share knowledge.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and maintaining security awareness.

• Contributing to the Group IT Project Roadmap.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years experience in an IT desk/support related role.

• Bachelors in Computer engineering, Networking, IT or any related course

• Experience with Client/Server technologies.

• Working knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including Azure, Windows, Google, and Office 365.

• Skilled in supporting remote users, VPN setup, and technical problem-solving.

• Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices.

• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management for mobiles and tablets.

• Proficient in asset and inventory management.

• Active Directory management, printer troubleshooting, and installation/configuration of new systems.

• Knowledge of PowerBI and other reporting & analytics tools is a plus.

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus.

• You are already based in the Netherlands, within commuting distance to Amsterdam.
