THE ROLE
As IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for offering first-line IT support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving networking issues, and managing Azure-based systems and services.
YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY
Providing internal IT support to all staff members.
Providing application and configuration support for MS Dynamics 365 F&O.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide insights into key performance metrics and business trends.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
Collaborating with the People team and suppliers to provide hardware and software promptly.
Ensuring the protection and accountability of IT assets.
Providing regular updates on IT support activities and projects.
Assisting the IT and Applications Manager in achieving ISO 27001 certification by implementing and maintaining security controls and policies.
Building documentation and training guides to share knowledge.
Staying up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and maintaining security awareness.
Contributing to the Group IT Project Roadmap.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least 3 years experience in an IT desk/support related role.
Bachelors in Computer engineering, Networking, IT or any related course
Experience with Client/Server technologies.
Working knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including Azure, Windows, Google, and Office 365.
Skilled in supporting remote users, VPN setup, and technical problem-solving.
Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices.
Familiarity with Mobile Device Management for mobiles and tablets.
Proficient in asset and inventory management.
Active Directory management, printer troubleshooting, and installation/configuration of new systems.
Knowledge of PowerBI and other reporting & analytics tools is a plus.
Experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus.
You are already based in the Netherlands, within commuting distance to Amsterdam.
